The check-in time is 4 pm EST and the check out time is 10 am EST
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival and receive their deposit but a processing fee of $75 will be charged. The entire booking amount will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 30 days before arrival. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Please note, if a change of guests is made, we must be made aware of who will be staying in your place and they will be required to sign our rental agreement. If a guest does not arrive on their check in date, they will still be charged.

The Villa can sleep up to 29 guests!
Do you accept pets?
As much as we love our furry friends, our portfolio is pet free.
Do you have parking available at this property?
Yes, driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles is available to our guests during their stay. Please note that there is no street parking allowed and your car may be ticketed or towed by Encore at Reunion Security.
Do you have access to Encore Resort's Water park and Gym?
Unfortunately, Encore Water Park and Gym are not available for guests. However, the Villa have resort like facilities, an arcade room, movie theater and resort like pool for your private use.

My family was in awe especially my children. They barely wanted to sleep because they just wanted to play in the character rooms all day . Communication was excellent was very quick and easy to contact them and i Will recommend this stay to anyone

This fantastic house was exactly as advertised and worked out amazingly well for our group of 12. The kids and adults all loved it, and the ride to Disney World was quick and painless every day. The host communicated very well and check-in was a breeze. Thank you for having us!
